The Anker 10-port USB 3. 1 hubs can be integrated into any switchboard that offers an electrical connection to the hub. The USB hub interface provides an easy way to install and maintain a hub and hub-port on a single motherboard.
Anker 10-port hub is designed for general use, and it is a very robust USB 3. The hub itself is not a true hub, but it fits into the connector. In some cases it can be used as a switchboard port for the USB 3. This port can support either the USB 3. 1 protocols. To use this port on the motherboard, an Anker 10-port hub must be connected to the connector and, when plugged in, it has all standard power connections for a hub.
The hub itself has a built in USB 3. 0 interface. The hub has power, power from the connector and both standard USB 3. 0 and USB 3. 1 connectors.
Anker 10-port hub has two 10-pin connectors on each side. You can plug one end of each connector into the port, and power will be transferred from the connector to the hub. The other end of the connector is connected to the motherboard. The hub is compatible with both USB 3. 0 and USB 3. 1 protocols. It is also possible to use the hub with USB 2.
