Windows 10 has arrived and we all knew that Windows 11 was going to make its way on to our computers. Now that the operating system has been released, here are a few tips on how to get the most out of it.
Microsoft Windows 11 is now available for download in a pre-release form. Windows 11 is a major revision to Windows 10 and includes a number of updates and fixes. Windows 10 was released on November 11, 2015. Some fixes and improvements have already been rolled out, but other changes will be new builds of Windows available to Windows Insiders. This article provides an overview and details how to convert a Windows 10 MBR partition to GPT. This article assumes that you are an Insider. Windows 10 offers Insider’s Preview for download and upgrade. Windows 10 Preview is Windows 10 without the Insider’s security updates.
If you are an Insider, you have not received the new Windows 10 Preview release yet. This article assumes that you have not updated to Insider preview. However, you can check if the Insider is available for download. You can do this by following the instructions in the article.
Step 1: Start by going to the Windows Insider site on the Microsoft website.
Step 2: Click “Download Windows 10” to download the Windows 10 Preview release. This is the version that is not yet an Insider’s release.
Step 3: Launch Windows 10 by clicking the Windows icon in the Start menu.
Step 4: The Windows 10 Download page will display.
Step 5: Choose “Download & Install Windows 10 Preview” or “Download & Install Windows 10 Build 14393 or Later” to choose between the “Beta” and “Final” builds of Windows 10.
Step 6: Download Windows 10 and install it to your computer.
Step 7: When Windows 10 is installed, it should launch and display the “Welcome to Windows 10” screen.
Step 8: Press “Windows” and “Start” to launch the “Windows Explorer” window.
Step 9: Click the “Start” button in the “Windows Explorer” window to launch the “Windows” box.
Step 10: In the Windows box, type the name of the Windows 10 Preview in the search field. Type “Windows 10” for the Windows 10 Preview build.
