The primary motivation behind the current study is to develop a fast, scalable parallelization technique for the processing of multidimensional data, particularly in the areas of data mining and predictive modeling. Based on prior literature, the first objective is to build on the parallelization techniques already demonstrated in the literature by the author and collaborators in order to enhance the performance and efficiency of the proposed techniques for practical applications in high volume data mining. For this purpose, the author and collaborators have designed a new parallelization technique to implement the proposed parallelization technique in several languages in order to improve usability and to ensure scalability. The second objective is to compare the efficiencies of the proposed parallelization technique with the parallelization technique proposed by the author and collaborators in the application area of predictive modeling in the context of high volume data mining. For this purpose, the proposed parallelization technique is compared for the application of multiclass classification problems with a classification algorithm that employs the existing parallelization technique proposed by the author and collaborators in the application area of multivariate linear regression. Thus, by evaluating the parallelization technique proposed in this paper for the multivariate linear regression application area, it is expected that the parallelization technique developed in this research to be used in high volume data mining.
Although many parallelization techniques have been developed in the literature, very few have been implemented in practice.
