Ayla El Fadil is an activist working against the Turkish government, specifically the ruling AK Party. She was the founder of the website TheTurkishProletariat. com and the book TheTurkishProletariat. After Turkey’s July 15th presidential election, she organized the ‘Citizens’ Coalition of Turkish Organisations (CTTO), which included all Turkish political parties, trade unions and public organizations.
During this process, El Fadil has faced repeated challenges from AK Party officials in Turkey’s state and private media. In one instance, in August 2017, the government of Turkey accused her of organizing violent protests against the government, and asked her to leave the country. She has been involved with the struggle to remove these government threats and continue the struggle, and in April this year, she was awarded the Freedom of Speech Prize for her work against the state.
She has also received threats. In 2017, for instance, the Interior Ministry tried to blackmail her into withdrawing her website, which she refused to do. After he tried to pressure her to give up her website, she was arrested and charged under the same law that was used to try the two journalists behind the attacks on their websites. She was convicted of ‘incitement to hatred’ and ‘insulting the president’. After her conviction, El Fadil, through her own statements and actions, was using her social media channels to spread information about what’s happening in Turkey.
Her personal lawyer and former colleague in the Free Expression Movement, Ülkü and Can Selcuk, filed a civil complaint against the Presidential Administration on September 19th, 2018. In her complaint, the lawyers allege that the AKP regime is attempting to ‘eliminate the legitimate democratic expression of the Turkish people’. The lawyers, Ülkü and Can Selcuk, allege that the AKP is attempting to ‘suppress the free expression of the Turkish people’.

Therefore it is necessary that the hardware architecture be properly organized and the operating system program be properly designed. The proper functioning of the hardware architecture of a computer is the key to the functioning of a computer program and the proper design of the operating system (OS) is the key to the development of successful computer programs.
I am convinced that unless the proper hardware is installed and the proper software programmed into the computer system the computer programs will not perform properly. Without proper functioning of the hardware design and proper functioning of the appropriate software the computer programs will not function effectively and thus be ineffective or not fully completed in accordance with the purpose of the computer program.

This investigation concerns the treatment of the complaints by the Electoral Department of the Republic of Indonesia. This was done through review of the records of the complaint process from the year 2012 until the present.
The case for this investigation was made as a result of a complaint filed by the Indonesian National Election Observation Center (InnoCo) to the Elections Department. The InnoCo is a non government organization that is composed of representatives from the Indonesian National Electoral Commission (EI), Elections Commission (KPU), Law-Enforcement Integrity Agency (LIA), and other national government agencies.
The InnoCo made a request to the Elections Department for an investigation and a remedy to its complaint to have the Elections Department handle the cases pertaining to its complaint. The Elections Department did provide an investigation report for the InnoCo. No findings were made by the Elections Department. The InnoCo requested a remedy to its complaint against the Elections Department, but that remedy has not been provided by the Elections Department.
In the report dated August 10, 2012, the Elections Department did not provide any conclusion to the InnoCo on the issue. In the report, the Elections Department stated that the InnoCo’s complaint did not involve any evidence of violations by the Elections Department. However, in the report, the Elections Department noted that an investigation and a remedy were provided to the InnoCo for alleged violation of the Constitution by the elections department that followed the “Indonesian Civil War. ” The Elections Department’s investigation had to be done in accordance with the procedures of the Constitution for the “Indonesian Civil War. ” The Elections Department did not explain why there was an investigation when there was a complaint against the Elections Department for alleged violations of the Constitution that occurred prior to the “Indonesian Civil War. ” The Elections Department determined that the InnoCo’s complaint did not involve any violation of the Constitution.
