In this case, the wrong holiday was chosen as well. In that situation, the problem with inclusiveness is that not everyone was invited to come to the holiday party.

In this post, I would like to explain why the holidays should have a positive emotional impact on everyone and what you can do to create and include the right language for each situation.

It is really a must for HR to use inclusive language. Otherwise, the customer will never leave the website, the customer will never buy from your website, and the customer will not go to your website or buy your products or services.
