On 19 June, the Australia-based company Plexus agreed to buy Australia’s largest technology and gaming retailer, Big W, for an undisclosed sum.

Australian-listed Naspers said in a statement that Plexus would be “the world’s first and most experienced partner for online media and gaming services” and would provide “solutions for brands across the gaming industry”.

“We are extremely pleased to announce Plexus as the winner of this new $1. 4 billion deal,” Naspers chairman Lars Rasmussen said. “Plexus’s strong and enduring pedigree and strong growth in Australia reflects the strength of Australian innovation as well as its commitment to technology and gaming”.

As part of the deal, Plexus will purchase the Australian subsidiary of Naspers and its Australian-listed gaming retail business, which is known as Big W Australia.

The purchase of Naspers’ Australian business will be completed in November 2014, and the Australian subsidiary will be closed in June 2015.

Plexus said in a statement to investors that it will offer “the best solution for gamers.

“The Plexus gaming system is set to launch in Australia in late 2014,” the statement said. “The system will be available in Australia as an online console with a retail retail version in the United Kingdom and Europe, with Australian gamers able to access the service immediately with no games needed to download.

When we talk about Artificial Intelligence (AI) we usually refer to the technological processes by which computer systems are capable of understanding, forming logical connections between or interpreting information in a way that makes sense to them. Artificial intelligence is often referred to in relation to the machine learning process, which is the process of learning as a new generation of AI systems, which are capable of effectively analyzing, learning and making decisions. Because AI involves knowledge, it is often believed to be more difficult than human intelligence, as its understanding is based on a vast amount of knowledge which, in turn, uses a complex set of rules and algorithms.

Artificial intelligence is often misunderstood by the general public, as it often goes hand-in-hand with many negative stereotypes about robots. In general, negative attitudes towards AI can be traced back to the fact that it is generally considered to be a means of manipulation, where the human intelligence is often thought to be more powerful. This is due to the fact that one of the main purposes of AI is to serve humans. By contrast, the use of the technology is seen as an opportunity to serve the purposes and objectives of business.

The paper starts as an account of my research over time. My research focused on the development and evolution of the D programming language and the first part of my research focused on the design and evolution of the OO Software Architecture as a programming language for the implementation of OO Systems. In this part of my work I was mainly interested in the evolution of C and Java and their OO Systems programming languages. After several years and a few hundred of papers I became aware of the shortcomings in these languages for the implementation of OO Systems. I also became aware of the potential problem of the Java language for the implementation of objects based on the Java programming language. This led me to investigate other OO languages, especially a new language known as Object Flow which has been proposed by one of us (Jurgen Rittel) in collaboration to the project which we were working on from time to time. Object Flow is implemented in Object Flow Language (OFL), the OFL code which is currently the most used language in industry for the implementation of OO Systems. One of the goals of this work is to create software which is as easy to use as possible, with the lowest possible number of software dependencies. In addition to this we also plan to design a programming language which will enable the creation of objects based on the languages mentioned above. The first goal of this work is not only to create another language for the OO Systems in the future, but also to create a language where one can define objects for the entire system by means of a single declarative programming language which defines object oriented concepts as well as a software toolchain for the definition of the object system by means of a graphical user interface. The second goal is also to create an object oriented programming language for the Object Flow language, but it will be designed in such a way, that the objects created will be very similar to OO Concepts. Object Flow is one of the most advanced object oriented programming languages, it has been described at length in a previous paper of mine (Rittel and Tietema, 2009).
