This is a list of US citizens, who are visa exempt from the entry of Turkey, a member state of the European Union. They are currently the only US citizens with such exemptions from Turkey’s entry into the EU and the US.
These are the first US citizens to have such visas — issued to them in October 2013. They were not an official part of an official program, like the visa lottery or the US citizen visa waiver program. Instead, they were issued only because they were on the list of so-called “priority” visa recipients created by the US Department of State (DOS) for visa waiver programs. This list is not official, but they exist because the US State Department’s Visa Waiver Program Office (VWPO) has been required to maintain an official list of visa recipients and the DOS is authorized to create new priority status for visa recipients on its own authority. Such programs, like the visa waiver program for US citizens to visit Turkey, do not have official names. The DOS’s priority list has no official status.
It would be very beneficial that this list is officially documented and published on the official website of the DOS and other governments.

E-Visa is a new (but legal) kind of visa for travelers and tourists to Turkey. (Visa is available to anyone, not for citizens only – there are e-Visa applications from citizens only.
Turkey is a very liberal country so this is a very easy process to apply for e-Visa. Turkey e-Visa applicants can apply for e-Visa at all embassy offices and consulates abroad. We even have e-Visa applicants from the USA and Germany – we also have applications from South Korea, but e-Visa applications from the USA and Germany will most likely not be accepted.
Turkey e-Visa applications are processed on a daily basis. Your e-Visa application takes about 3-4 working days. We usually have to check the details of your return flight, but we generally don’t require a confirmation from you.
All e-Visa applicants must have a visa application form with them, and a passport valid for three months after the date of the e-Visa application.
It is legal for citizens to apply for e-Visa at an embassy or consulate abroad, at the discretion of the authorities in each country.
It is considered an immigration issue by the Turkish government, and the authorities in each country will usually accept e-Visa applications from Turkish citizens at the discretion of the authorities in their own country.
It can take a couple of months to get an e-Visa. We will usually have to check the details of your return flight during that period, but there are cases where we may not be able to process the e-Visa application by ourselves.

In my opinion, my favorite programming language is Lisp. Lisp has a very elegant syntax. One of the best aspects of Lisp is that it compiles in many different environments. When I started programming for a living, I would use a number of different computers at various jobs. This way, a good deal of what I have learned was portable. Now I can use a computer that is running an operating system that has a version of Lisp installed.
At the moment, I am writing my first Lisp program in Emacs Lisp. I am learning about Emacs Lisp because my friend, David, is using it. However, I have been told by Lisp experts that if I keep learning Lisp without ever writing a Lisp program, I will become a Lisp expert.
