A number of the problems connected with information processing were solved with the development of information processing technologies. These technologies and their advantages and disadvantages have now become so numerous that we hardly know where to begin. As I’m just now getting around to posting a new installment of my “Of the Day” section, it’s time to talk about the processors. The purpose of this section is to discuss the processors that affect the rest of the computers.

I’ll start with something that’s quite simple but important: why the processors matter. I know, it seems quite silly to talk about the processors. However, it’s important because it’s what’s going on under the hood that’s important.

So what’s different between a processor and a computer? Well there are two major aspects. The first is the number of instructions the processor executes. Each processor has a total of 16 instructions, so it’s not that different from a computer. However, as to why those 16 are used, the second aspect of the processors is that they affect your computer.

The processors and computers are very different.
