Wake Forest, a perennial NCAA Champion in men’s basketball, took down Old Dominion with a 21-13 victory in the Atlantic Coast Conference Tournament at the Wake Forest University Center Thursday. WFU lost to Maryland, 62-52, in the semifinal in the Final Four.

Wake Forest (14-9 overall, 10-7 ACC) trailed 14-11 early in the game before a 10-2 run to grab the lead at 21-14 with 3:21 remaining in the first half. The Demon Deacons cut the margins to one at 25-22 with 3:19 remaining in the first half, but the Demon Deacons were unable to get within 10 points, as the Demon Deacons finished the game with a 55-37 advantage.
