This award will support a vital technology project for the State of Pennsylvania, the Technology Support Support Division (TSSD), which provides computer hardware and professional services directly to the state’s transportation departments and agencies, including DOT and its agencies. All major Federal Agencies are also a part of this award. TSSD was first established in 1992 under the Pennsylvania Office of Information Technology, a unit within the Department of Transportation (PennDOT). In September 2005, TSSD expanded its scope and was formed as the Service Delivery and Implementation Support Division (SDISD) under the PennDOT in order to better address the needs of Pennsylvania agencies.

This report analyzes the PennDot’s multimodal transportation system from a transportation engineering perspective. The report includes a review of PennDot’s current traffic conditions and transportation demand forecasts. An analysis of transportation demand forecasts highlights how PennDot’s multimodal transportation system provides opportunities for improvement, especially for the PennDot’s commuter operations and for commercial operations.

This report also includes a detailed list of the PennDOT’s multimodal transportation system projects for the near future, including the PennDot’s bus rapid transit (BRT) project which is currently in development. The report also provides PennDot’s multimodal transportation system for fiscal year 2018.

The PennDOT’s transportation system supports PennDOT’s multimodal transportation operations that support the public’s access to and utilization of PennDOT’s regional transportation system. In addition to the multimodal transportation system operations, the transportation system consists of a rail system and an automobile system.

The PennDOT’s transportation system contains two modes: (1) a public transit system used to transport PennDOT’s freight to and from the airport; and (2) a commercial system that transports goods to and from commercial facilities.

The PennDOT’s transportation system provides an alternative, efficient, and cost effective method of transporting PennDOT’s freight to and from the airport and the commercial facilities.

This report, which is available in the PennDOT’s Transportation System Report, provides an overview of PennDot’s traffic patterns, transportation conditions, and traffic demand forecasts for fiscal year 2017. This report provides PennDot’s traffic conditions as estimated for fiscal year 2017.

This section includes the traffic condition parameters that are required for a public agency to use traffic conditions to plan and analyze its traffic operations.

Article Content: The Pennsylvania Veterans Registry, an online application in the Pennsylvania Veterans Administration’s online toolkit for veterans, is an important step in the quest for accurate and complete information about service members who were disabled or lost in action. It is one of many important steps necessary to fulfill the obligation of the U. Congress to have all members of the armed forces who were wounded or killed since May 18, 1991, register as veterans. The Registry provides information about the date and place of military service, medical records, compensation, and all other records about the veteran and his or her surviving family. The Pennsylvania Veterans Registry is made possible under the efforts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with the support of the Pennsylvania Department of Veterans Affairs, the PA Veteran Services, and others.
