An Arizona man, who had been fired by Fox News after calling Arizona for Vice President Joe Biden’s opponent in the 2020 Democratic primary, pleaded guilty Wednesday to felony election fraud, which is punishable by up to 10 years in prison.

According to court documents, Litt, who is no relation to the Republican donor Robert Litt, is charged with sending at least two fraudulent e-mail messages to two Democrats to falsely allege that they contacted Litt’s company to collect funds to help push Sinema over the 50% necessary to win the Democratic primary. Both Democratic Party officials were in on the deception.
The e-mail messages stated that Democratic Party chairman John Merrill and former House Speaker Fife Symington, D-Mo. , would send a letter to Litt’s business, HuddleTech USA, with copies to all state candidates. The e-mail also contained a copy to the state Democratic Party. The messages stated, “These letters have been designed to make it appear to the voters of Arizona why the Democrat nominee may not be popular amongst the state voters.

Stirewalt, who was the head of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Orlando, was found dead in his office at the bureau headquarters in Washington, D. His family have also expressed their sympathies. There is no official statement on the cause of death but Stirewalt’s office says that he had died of a sudden cardiac arrhythmia related to drug use. It was not clear where he had recently been taken, nor was it clear how Stirewalt’s death fits into the suicide rate at the FBI.
