There are two things that keep me awake at night: my wife and computer. Every morning I get up, grab my cup of coffee, and head over to the keyboard to update the blog. It’s been many years since I made changes to the site, so the next big thing for the site will be a new website with a whole new look and user interface. While that sounds like it’s gonna be pretty cool to read, its not really about the latest technology that drives me to the keyboard. It’s about something deeper—a need to maintain the integrity of what I write, in my heart, and in my mind.

What are you looking for in a user-friendly site? A simple, clean look, and you’re done. But that’s not what I’m saying.

The first time I saw a new website come along, I was pretty put out. After all, I’ve been doing it for years with my blog. What makes it different this time? Oh yeah.

I’ve got some of the best-looking blogs and websites that I could possibly work with, and that’s saying a lot. Sure, I’ve got a pretty standard logo, but that’s not what drives me to my keyboard.

I’ll bet that there are plenty of other blogs and websites out there that could have the same look, but the look is what drives me to my site. This is something I really should have thought about when I was putting together this site.

Just to be clear, I’m not saying that you can never change the look or feel of a site. It’s great that you can, but not when it comes to maintaining the integrity of a site, you have to do it the right way.

What I want is a site that is well designed, has a great interface, and is free and easy to use, and that makes me think of writing.

As a writer, I’m constantly looking for new ways I can be better. I’ve read dozens of articles and blogs about new ways to write and edit.
