But the frustration is not just about the amount of time spent on the courses. It is caused by lack of motivation in the first place. For this reason, all software developers are at a disadvantage.
So, developers who want to work on software applications should choose to be involved in an environment that can help them to focus and become motivated.
A good team with excellent management and work teams. And an outstanding project manager and a good developer responsible for the project.
A good product with a good UI. And the development of a good UI has to take attention, the developer being more concerned about user experience and interaction design of complex interfaces than any other.
