Investigating the cause of the wave of resets in My Book Live

For more information on this topic, our colleagues from Computer I were able to speak with the manufacturer of My Book Live who confirmed that an investigation had been opened to determine the exact cause of this wave of resets. The company advises disconnecting the My Book Live Hard Drive from the network until light is lost. “Western Digital has discovered that some My Book Live devices have been compromised by malware. In some cases, this hack led to a factory reset which appears to erase all of the data on the device. In 2015, My Book Live received the latest firmware update. We understand that the data of our customers are very important. At this point, we recommend that you disconnect from My Book Live from the internet to protect your data on the device. We are serious investigating and will provide updates on this topic as they become available”, explains the manufacturer.
My Book Live is making waves, and I get so frustrated when I try to figure out what’s gone wrong. I can’t even begin to guess how I got this error. I thought so carefully about everything that I did, and I thought that I was just a normal human being, so I couldn’t say it was anything but my own bad luck. In other words, I was just a poor me.
Then I learned that My Book Live had a glitch, and I thought “Oh, poor me. ” Then I tried to fix it and it didn’t work, so I thought “Oh, poor me. ” Then I tried several times, and it kept resetting.
But eventually I realized that I’d been seeing the same message for a solid week now. No one contacted me to ask me how I was, no one asked me how I was doing, and I had no clue. Eventually the word got around that it was my book. All I was doing was writing a story and sharing a place to stay. People were getting ready to head out. So I had to tell my family and go get a room.
After a couple days, I realized I had to call my contact and ask what I did wrong. He said, “We don’t know. ” He said we’d probably have a better idea of what was going on in two days. I was so frustrated.
This is when I became determined to find the problem so that I can fix it myself, or at the very least, understand what’s going on, and I can at least be an example to others. So I was on the phone with my contact and asking him about it, and he said “We don’t know.
I was so confused, and I was desperate. I started to cry. I couldn’t believe that I was in such a mess. I was so angry at myself. I was so angry at my husband. I was so angry at my family. And I was so frustrated that I didn’t know what was going on.
