In this second article of the Scaling STPI to New Highs series, we dive deeper into how STPI has been updated to support high-speed networking by way of TCP/IP, IPX, and the latest version of the TCP/IP stack, OpenFlow. We’ll also explore the future of STPI and what can be done to improve the performance of high-speed networking.
In the introduction, we spoke of the latest version of the TCP/IP stack, as well as enhancements in STPI to deal with high-speed networking. In this article, we’ll dive deeper into TCP/IP and STPI.
TCP/IP is one of the most popular and widely used protocols. It was formally developed by the Defense Department in the early 1970s. Much of its original code was written in the early 1980s, when the internet was still relatively new.

The BDA is one of the post service providers that provides almost 100% post-paid services in the state of Odisha. In the month of October, the BDA has offered a post service on Ola, Uber, and Swag.
The BDA has announced that it will make all services online. The major difference between the online services and the offline services is the provision of a payment gateway in the online model.
Online services have gained a lot of attention recently because of how easy they are to use. So far there is no online service provider that can do the same.

Full Article Text: Centre investigates Odisha government for providing ‘Covid Information Project’. A senior official from Information Technology (IT) Department is reported to have told Director, Information Technology (IT) that he was probing for how one of the IT department officials was helping the State Government to access the Covid-19 government database to ascertain patients’ whereabouts of the Covid-19 patients. Since then, the State has been probing for this very same person, the official said.
The official, an officer in IT and Finance, also told Chief Secretary (CS), Minister Naveen Patnaik, that “a high-level team of experts” was being provided a computer and all the relevant documents to assess the “covid situation” in Odisha. Since this is a state police matter, the police were not asked for an opinion on the matter. He later stated that the matter was still under investigation but since the CS took the matter up it seemed genuine.
When contacted, ICDCO Director, Information and Communication Technology Rajesh Agarwal said: “The matter was brought to my notice by a senior officer and I will look into the issue. The State Government and the Centre are investigating the matter and have not made any comment.
“A high-level team of experts” was being provided with all relevant documents needed to assess the ‘covid situation’ in Odisha, an officer stated.
When contacted, ICDCO Director, Information and Communication Technology R S Mani said the matter was brought to his notice by a senior officer. He said as ‘Covid Information Project’ was the area under investigation, they needed all relevant documents.
On Monday when I contacted him, the Director informed: “Information Technology Cell has been instructed by the Information and Communication Technology department to examine the matter. There appears that a person who is currently in Odisha, has been given ‘covid information project’. The Central government has issued an information note for a central database.
