A call to Nigerians to Rise Up and Support Their Neighbors

The call to Nigerians to Rise Up and Support Their Neighbors was given this month in the Southern State of Mali. It is a call to Nigerians to stand up to the forces that are trying to oppress and kill them. We are being beaten down by the same forces that have killed our brothers, our cousins, and even our fathers. Nigerians are being persecuted all along the coasts of the Niger River Valley and the western desert of Mali. This persecution will not be stopped by anyone or any government. They are the ones facing the greatest danger. We call on Nigerians to stand up. We must stand with the Nigerians that are facing the same type of oppression in their own land, our own country. We are calling on Nigerians to go public. We are calling on Nigerians to make it known to their neighbors to the north and south that we are with them.

The world is watching these events around the world and across the globe. The media is everywhere that they are not. Every time a car takes a turn for the better, every time a house is destroyed, every time a school is demolished, every time a person is killed, a person is arrested, they speak of the victims and people that are murdered, they speak of the victims who are tortured, they speak of the victims who are raped, they speak of the victims who are beaten, they speak of the victims that are jailed, in jail and in exile. In this way, in order, they bring more people to understand that the world and the world around them are watching and that the situation around the world is not normal. We must stand with the victims of this situation. We must stand with the oppressed people because they are us. They are the ones who are suffering, we are the ones who are sitting at the table.

We must call everyone to stand. We cannot stop the people from standing up but we can make it less likely for them to stand. The people in all the countries around the world can come together and support one another. We can use our voices and our resources to make it less likely for those who are against us to be able to stand the heat and the heat of the public. We must stand, together, for the people and for the people.

In Nigeria, on the need for a second woman African president.

Article Title: In Nigeria, on the need for a second woman African president | Network Security. Full Article Text: With the recent developments on the Nigerian political landscape, the question has been raised as to whether a female president is a realistic possibility. The current Nigerian political landscape suggests that even the African Union (AU) as the body that promotes African affairs cannot take this decision. The argument goes that Nigeria can hold a presidential election anytime but cannot hold any other international affairs and political situation to hold an African Union (AU) president for a second time. While there is a legitimate question over why the AU would not accept a female president, the question is still not a definite one and the AU is doing so on a temporary basis and, yet, should be willing to acknowledge the need for a second female African head of state. This is why, the AU must be considered as an institution that can be trusted and is committed to the continent’s future.

“Women’s role in the political arena has been a constant source of debate in the postcolonial era. There has been a rise in the number of female political leaders in the post-independence Nigerian political landscape; an increase in the number of political assemblies where women hold a high level of political authority; and a decrease in the number of political parties which do not acknowledge women’s presence in the political sphere.

The African Union (AU)’s first woman member was appointed by AU Vice President, Solomon Dada (2005-2008). The AU first appointed a female president on its founding in 1990. As the constitution of the AU, it requires the president to be a “citizen of Africa”. The president or the prime minister are all Africans and Africans must have a foreign citizenship to be eligible for membership of the AU. With female candidates, there was a concern over whether they would be able to represent the interests of women and to participate or have representation in the AU and there were protests against this. As such, the AU decided to amend the constitution to require all candidates to be, “African citizens of Africa”. The amendment was ratified on June 17, 2014. In November of 2014, Kenya’s Chief Justice, Sir Mwai Kibaki, was the first Kenyan to be elected head of the AU.
