Article Title: Kendra Wilkinson is a Discovery+ Greenlights Real Estate Series | Programming. Full Article Text: Kendra Wilkinson is one of the hottest names in real estate right now. Her family owns this building in South Los Angeles, and it has always had that air of charm that draws people to the area. The building was built in 1927 and is still owned by the Wilkinson family. Many of our clients have bought homes in this neighborhood, and the one property we purchased is in the perfect location.

Kendra had to keep getting creative with the different marketing ideas she created and the different ways she planned to sell this property. She had to use every marketing element she could to show the neighborhood she loves. She got creative, got her marketing plan, and ended up selling the home for close to $800,000.

Kendra says what I really love about a lot of our Real Estate clients is that they are very well organized. They always have a marketing plan, and they have a game plan for getting the property sold. We have clients, like Kendra, who have been selling for 15 years or more. They tend to have a marketing plan. They know how much of a property they are looking for, and they have a game plan for their marketing strategy. It’s very important to our clients to have a good marketing plan. Every single step you take, you have to have a marketing plan.

This is a great example of how the marketing can make or break your real estate experience. If you are someone who really does not know how to do marketing, then your entire real estate experience is going to be a joke. But if you work with Kendra Wilkinson, you have to be able to use marketing from the very beginning.

The property we bought was located at 11131 Pacific Coast Highway. It was an older ranch-style house with a three-car garage.

The home in question was one of three houses we purchased in this subdivision. The other two homes were located in a different subdivision.

We worked with various real estate brokers and agents to find a real estate agent for this property. When we got the house, it was in excellent shape. The house was completely remodeled with a modern kitchen which was very functional and functional for the buyer. In the other houses, the homes were built after the 1920s, which is when a lot of the buildings were built.

Pick a Puppy (26 x 30 minutes, Rhino Content) and Taste of the Country (26 x 30 minutes, Our House Media )

We’ve been fans of Mark and his podcast for a while, and he’s always been kind to our ears. So we thought it would be fun for Mark and John to sit down and talk about picking a puppy and what it’s like being on a show like this for the first time.

John: I’m the most impressed by our first puppy (Clem). Every time we get near him we can feel the energy from him. The way he is, his personality is so real; he’s not just an act.

Mark: Well John, I think you’re right. I don’t think I could have a dog like that, it would just be insane.

John: Let’s assume you’re lucky enough to have a dog that’s not crazy.

Mark: Well, I see the dogs we get here and I just think people need to be careful. You don’t want to bring dogs into the studio to play games and there are a lot of people that won’t be able to handle that. I don’t think people are going to be like okay, the dog isn’t playing games, let him go to the back and sit. That is not going to work.

John: With your dog, Clem, I feel confident that we’re going to be able to handle this.

Mark: With his personality it’s really easy. I think there is just something about him that just makes him a real person and you just kind of have to get to know him, because I feel like if you put him in a room with a bunch of other dogs that he would be pretty quiet for awhile.
