When installing any Intego product, no matter how you have installed it, a number of issues can arise so be sure to read the installation instructions thoroughly before actually installing the software.
If you have any questions about how to install or uninstall Intego, we recommend that you follow the installation and uninstall instructions that are included with your Intego license key.
The Intego uninstall process is the same as with any other Intego product. In order to properly uninstall an Intego installation, only have a copy of your computer‘s registry.
Open Run, and then type in the following command: “regsvr32 -s ” -d ” -a ” ” C:\Users\Your User Name \.
Note: The “\” in the IntegoSkin. dll file may be different from the “\” in C:\Users\Your User Name \.
You can use the “Exit” option to exit the installer and allow the installer to complete the uninstall process without requiring you to do anything else.
After completing the uninstall process, you will need to confirm that your intego installation was successfully removed by entering the following in Run: “regsvr32 -s ” -d ” -a ” ” C:\Users\Your User Name \.
(If you need to save the uninstall results, click “Run” then “Terminal” or “Edit” then “Save.
Delete all files and directories from the computer’s C:\Users\Your User Name \.
