FOXTEL Nightmare Before Christmas
FOXTEL has posted a ‘Week 1 Update’ on their website after receiving a large amount of criticism for their past month of events.

I’ve been reading through the reports in the past few days and I’m sure you all will agree with these points that I outlined in my previous blog.
FOXTEL (TV channel) is scheduled to debut their 2×12 ‘Nightmare Before Christmas’ on January 30th. This is a new season for FOXTEL that started off with ‘The Voice’. The Christmas spirit is coming to FOX.
New reports have come in that the FOXTEL Nightmare Before Christmas will be the same as ‘The Voice’ and would ‘make a mockery’ of the Christmas spirit. FOXTEL has stated, that they will be showing ‘a little bit of Christmas’ on the 2X12 with many of the scenes being ‘over the top’. FOXTEL is showing a preview video of the 2X12 at this moment, and if you watch it, it will likely spoil anything we learn about the season premiere.
The new season will be the first of FOX TEL’s new programming slate and will be called ‘Christmas in January’.
FoxTEL has been very vague in what they are calling the new season. They are reporting many scenes of holiday cheer, but the ‘over the top’ Christmas spirit is something that FOX TEL has not seen before. This is different than ‘The Voice′ which was all about the over the top Christmas celebration. For FOX TEL to really make a point of pushing the ‘over the top’ Christmas spirit and making it more ‘Christmas-esque’ is a step in the right direction. This is the kind of programming that we see on FOX TEL’s new night time slot. I know I’m looking for more Christmas in January programming.
Kayo: News Flash
Last year, the most popular gaming site in the world was Kayo.
In fact, it was second only to YouTube, as a popular game site. Kayo was up from a few hundred viewers to a few hundred a week and was trending on all the major sites. This was before the major game websites like Gamespot, IGN, and Kotaku started showing Kayo’s popularity on their sites.
Kayo started to gain popularity at the same time that the games industry was experiencing some serious disruption. For years, the industry was largely monopolized by a few large games companies, such as EA and Ubisoft. Today, however, with gaming becoming something more than the same old games that you see all the time, a new wave of games are starting to get big, both in quality and sales.
This is the first time since the release of the first Xbox 360 that gaming sites have had a platform to broadcast the best games from the best developers on the planet, and Kayo’s massive success has definitely had an effect on the gaming industry as a whole.
Kumo, which Kayo is based on, has become a much larger site, and has a reputation for having some of the best articles, interviews, and more.
Kayo is not dying and is becoming more popular every day.
Although Kayo has always had a very small readership, Kayo has seen growth in traffic every day since its launch back in February of 2007. This growth is due to the increase in popularity of Xbox 360 titles, the increase in popularity of Kayo’s own site in general, and the growing popularity of gamers with more and more games to play.
Most people probably do not know this, but Kayo is a completely new site; it has never existed before. This is not an accident. This is the first site in the gaming industry to offer games for Xbox 360 using Kayo’s own site as a platform. Kayo was being developed in the year 2000, a year which saw the birth of the first Xbox Live platform.

A Foxtel and Stan live stream of Kayo is now underway, and has seen a huge spike in views this past week after the first episode of the series was released last Thursday.
The first episode has been viewed 5. 9 million times in Australia.
So far, the show has been watched in over 10 countries including North America, North Africa, France, Switzerland, and more.
Kayo is the second comedy series from Foxtel in as many seasons after the award-winning sitcom TENZY. Despite its relatively light-hearted tone, Kayo has garnered a loyal fan base who enjoy the characters and their witty banter and showbiz background.
Kayo is a series about Kayo Mabry, a famous pop singer-turned-chauffeur and the show’s star, who was a part of the Spice Girls.
After losing his job as a chauffeur, Kayo finds work as a waiter for his friend, Steve. Together they are a popular crowd at some of Sydney’s most popular restaurants such as The Bull, a pub owned by Ken and his dad in Newstead, and the much-loved The Cucumber Joint, a pub in the city. Kayo and Steve are the only employees at The Cucumber Joint, which is owned by Ken, and they enjoy their job immensely. However, after finding out about his lover’s affair, Steve decides to leave of his own free will.
Steve then decides to return to his home town of Newstead to search for his lover in order to reconcile with his family but gets into difficulties when he meets the woman who is his lover. Their romance is threatened when Steve’s business is affected by the high cost of the building that houses The Cucumber Joint and Steve is fired. When Steve returns to his home town to find that he can’t reconcile on his own he decides to have Kayo marry Steve.
The series has earned it rave reviews from critics for its hilarious storyline, heartwarming characters and its relatable view of the everyday life of being a working class couple.

Tips of the Day in Programming
So you’re considering go. And are the first to admit, it’s a very difficult language to learn.
If you’re like my son, you probably tried to get away from go in the past. And when you didn’t stick with it, you tried to kick it, but it seemed pointless.
But now, look at you. You have become the goer. And you’re going to keep going.
It’s good to give it a try. Go is a great language to study if you are new to programming. Because it has a lot of concepts and techniques that you can get a feel for.
To learn go, you have to focus on the basics of programming and you should be as precise as possible when you are doing your programming. This is the best way to learn it.
So you’re ready to dive into go.
There is a lot of stuff that you have to learn to get started. Because you have to write programs like any programming language.
