In July 1885, one of the great heroes of western history, Billy the Kid, had been sentenced to ten years hard labor for the crimes he committed in 1862. Even though he lived his final 35 years in the county jail in Huntsville, Texas, his legacy was not forgotten among the living, and he is considered to be one of the most important and influential figures in the history of western gun culture. In his last days in the county jail in Huntsville, the jailer remembered Billy’s last moment of defiance, leaving a note to his mother which read, “Billy, you have seen the worst. For you went in there and shot your jailer a while ago and I saw you in that chair for about two months. If you ever do that again I’ll shoot your face off. ” The note is also interesting because just ten days later, Billy was executed by hanging himself in the jail. The two items taken together are a glimpse into what some of America’s finest citizens of the 19th century must have been feeling when they looked at a man who broke some of the rules when he was 18. A couple of years later, one of the greatest heroes of all of this era, Abraham Lincoln, was assassinated. It was a great tragedy for all of America, and the lives of Billy the Kid, Lincoln, and the other figures who lived and left their mark in the history of this land of our birth.

Billy the Kid’s last escape!

The Kid’s escape and his last stand in the Mojave Desert is one of the most important incidents in the history of the U. , and it is significant in the story of the U. ‘s founding as well as in the story of the Mexican Revolution.

In the 1920s, Mexican bandits had been terrorizing the western states and the Texas border for a generation. While these bandits were being defeated, Billy the Kid fled for his life. His only escape was to the United States, and his plan at the time was to make a grand tour of the western states and the Texas border. But Billy the Kid, in a last-ditch attempt to get his son back, attempted to escape Mexico on a train headed for Mexico City, Mexico, with the intention of being arrested there.

The Kid first tried to reach Mexico City, but was unable to do so. He then turned his attention to the Texas border and the Texas Train Act of 1849. In this act, Congress passed a bill that would make it illegal for anyone outside the United States to leave the country except with a United States passport. The Kid was arrested for attempting to leave the country, and the Kid was placed on the train and sent to the border of Mexico.

This act, though, was not the last time that the Kid acted against the Mexican government. The Kid again fled to the United States and made another escape, this time on a train that would take him to San Francisco, California.

The Kid then headed west, hoping to finally be arrested by Mexican authorities. This time his plan wasn’t so grand, and he ended up in the Mojave Desert, and he was captured just before he could make his final escape.

Tips of the Day in Programming

I am working on some examples of the “C++-style” methods for this blog and I thought I would share some tips of the day based on my experience with C++.

In my previous blogs, I wrote about how I use C++11 and C++14 to add complexity to programs without introducing any surprises. Here are some sample C++-style examples to get you started.

The following project shows the complexity that can be achieved in C++ code by using the feature to specify a template parameter.
