A pedestrian crossing at the former Armley Gyratory and pedestrian bridge will be removed to allow for the installation of an expanded pedestrian crossing for pedestrians. The new crossing will be at a lower location and will be on the same level as the original Armley Gyratory. This crossing will be at a more convenient location for both pedestrians and cyclists while still allowing a safe and free crossing for pedestrians. Please see here for an overview article for what is planned at this location.

The bottom of the Wellington Road, close to the Old Town Hall, is a very dangerous place. I walk my dog on it at night, and it is the bottom of Wellington Road. The most dangerous part comes when it is the edge of the road.

A friend who lives a short distance away, has never been out there. He once told me that he did see someone walking down the road with a flashlight, and that they almost crossed over onto the street next to the bottom of the road. He did not report it, because he was not sure it was an accident. He did not see any injuries, although he asked some other pedestrians nearby to confirm it.

I’ve seen a young man recently who was walking with his dog next to the bottom of Wellington Road (it’s not the road where I live). He was walking on his dog’s lead and did not appear to be paying much attention to traffic at that time of day. There was a slight breeze. The young man and his dog were moving at a normal pace through the street.

People have also told me that people have called the police because a man stepped into the street from Wellington Road and was hit by a car.

Recently we went on holiday to a seaside resort near Bristol. We took a short walk through Wellington Road, just to visit a local bar with more or less the same effect: It’s not particularly dangerous.

I have found that the only time the bottom of Wellington Road is not safe from car and motorcycle collisions is when there are a small number of cars on the road. They cannot come into the road when there are so few cars on it.

Network security concerns have led to the relocation of one of our security guards from our secure area to another. Due to this we have moved our office to the safer area and have installed a new high definition security camera (for our CCTV needs).

During the week the video is being viewed at the entrance to the security building and during the day it is being viewed at the entrance to our office. The video will be shown at both locations to ensure the safety of our staff and visitors.

The images above are taken during the day at the security building, whilst the image below is taken during the week. A copy of the video shows the same locations at various times during the day and week.

This is a non-exhaustive list that we are currently working on and we can only discuss where possible.

In our offices the video is being viewed at both entrances to our offices.

In our security building the video is being viewed via CCTV at specific locations throughout the week, however we are only working on the images at the security building today.

In our office the video is being viewed on a small monitor within our IT room.

We continue our conversation with the security providers regarding security cameras in the event that this becomes a reality.

Please note we are not looking for you to contact the security providers directly, however we are advising you this is necessary for their safety.

With the relocation of our security guard to another building, we are now unable to provide adequate security for our premises. Due to this we have moved our office onto the safer area which is located to the south of the security building.

During the past two weeks the Network Security team has been closely working on the development of the Sheffield Connecting Leeds improvements.

The Connecting Leeds improvements will make a significant change to the network security model. The Leeds office will now be under the control of the Leeds Police Service, instead of under the direction of the Network Security team.

The Network Security team have been working closely with the Leeds Police to make the changes happen sooner rather than later. These improvements will allow Leeds Police to focus on other critical work, and it will also give the Network Security team time to work on other potential improvements that might see benefits before the Leeds Connecting Leeds improvements are released.

We are also now working closely with the Network Security team, and we are excited to see what you have planned for the Connecting Leeds improvements. We will keep you posted, and we will keep you posted when all of the network security improvements have been implemented and tested.

These network security improvements make use of the existing network connections and systems, without needing to create new ones. They make use of existing firewalls, network routers, firewall-enabled firewalls, switches, and other network devices. They will also use existing information security policies, including all of the existing information security protocols (IPS, PDR, NAC, and NAC-M).

This network security implementation will be completed by the end of the year, and will be available to all of our staff by mid-January.

The aim of the Connecting Leeds improvements are to improve the security of the Leeds network by making the Leeds infrastructure less vulnerable to attack.
