Electronic Arts Inc. December 3, 2012 – Electronic Arts Inc. (EA) (NASDAQ: ERTS), a leading global developer of interactive entertainment and professional games, today announced that next-generation interactive entertainment franchises World of Warcraft®, Rise of the Runelords®, and Mass Effect™ will return to Electronic Arts. Rise of the Runelords will be available for the first time in a new and improved HD format, while World of Warcraft: Classic Edition will be available in a variety of game modes for PC and Mac computers, and the new title is available for free. EA and its partners will continue to produce games that celebrate the world’s greatest heroes as part of the ongoing “Heroes of the Storm” franchise. The company said it will also continue to support and enable the development of popular multiplayer games, including its critically acclaimed Heroes of the Storm®. The announcement was made during EA’s fiscal 2012 earnings call with analysts.

World of Warcraft: Classic Edition’s story will be based on the 2008-2009 “World of Warcraft” storyline, which launched six years ago to tremendous success. The storyline, which was set in the Burning Legion, has been extended to include the entire universe of the Horde and the Alliance. The first six expansions — three in North America and three more worldwide — have sold millions of copies and are the best-selling video games of all time. World of Warcraft: Classic Edition will be available for PC and Mac computers from September 2012, and is not currently available for iPad or iPhone.

The new video game, Rise of the Runelords, will contain all of the same content as the 2008-2009 storyline, including “Heroes”, “Classes”, and “Tanks. ” In Rise of the Runelords, players will have both an in-game “Hero Council” and an in-game “Army Council”, and will be able to recruit and form a strong army by taking on foes in battle.

Tips of the Day in Computer Games

First, I’m gonna go the retro route. Here, I picked out one of my favorite games of all time, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. I was playing through the original TMNT arcade game when I heard about the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in Space movie that was just released several months ago. I was kind of intrigued by the prospect of TMNT in Space. The TMNT in Space movie is kind of the first real “serious” movie I’ve ever seen, and while the movies are always pretty cool, the games are always just kind of fun. The TMNT in Space game actually was pretty good.

I’m gonna talk about the Turtles in Space game this time. There are two types of Turtles in the game, the first one is the turtle that the turtles can see and hear. Then there is another turtle in the room that is turtle #2 (who hasn’t seen Turtle #1 yet). In order to play with either Turtle you need a secret item. In the TMNT in Space game the secret item you can use is the Turtle Shell.
