Automatic Coil Winder (ACW) is a type of winder that automatically adjusts the winders in a motor vehicle to achieve the desired tension of the coil windings. This device is mainly used to protect the coil winding from overheating in the vehicle, protect the motor vehicle’s electrical elements (especially the electronic circuit), and to minimize the consumption of fuel. Abstract: The present paper presents the design and implementation of an automatic high-speed winding machine for winding coils. The machine is based on a software platform, called “Automatic winding machine” (AutoVM). The machine is a dedicated machine, which can be used during its design stage to develop a coil winding machine. It integrates software and hardware for the automatic winding of different types of coils into a single machine so that the software can control the design of the machine and the hardware can provide the electrical connections. For example, software can be programmed for the automatic winding of coils without a winding head. Software can be developed for the automatic winding of multiple types of coils with their necessary winding heads. Software can also be developed for the automatic winding of coils having a complex design. For example, a software is developed for the automatic winding of coils having a “U” shape or the winding of a “V” shape. In this case, the electrical connection with the “V” shape coils is developed in software and it is directly integrated into the coils itself. This software development process is repeated until the design of the entire automatic winding machine is completed.

Transformer Coil is a special kind of transformer. It is made up of two transformer coils connected in series.

To generate an electromagnet, one should apply an input voltage to an input coil and a return current to an output coil. The input voltage of the input coil is of the same type as the input coil and the return current of the output coil is of a different type and is opposite in polarity. The two currents cancel each other out. The current loop is made up of a series of coils and they are connected in parallel.

If they are connected in series, they need to be in opposite polarity so that the current loop can generate a magnetic field that generates a magnetic field which can attract or repel the electrons.

If they are connected in parallel, the magnetic field of the circuit should be in the same direction.

The input voltage to the coils is generated by an electro-magnetic transformer in the form of an electro-optic crystal. When one applies a positive voltage, a positive current will flow in the input coil. When one applies a negative voltage, a negative current will flow in the input coil.

The input coil can be wound with many turns. It has a width of about 500mm and a length of approximately 1m.
