iPipeline and Symetra to accelerate the business acquisition process for SwiftTerm

The purpose of an acquisition is to increase the revenues and profits of a business and thus to expand its market potential and reach. When an acquisition is executed, the business acquired needs to acquire new and different expertise, products and technologies to sustain the business growth and to meet new objectives and requirements.

Since the beginning of the year (2012), several companies in the industry have been engaged in IP acquisitions that represent a significant part of the overall global IP value creation process. These acquisitions offer new value production models (value production models), technological innovation (technological innovation), IP creation (IP creation), and an increase in the overall revenue and income generation of the company. Several companies are looking for the most efficient, cost-effective approach to accelerate these acquisitions. iPipeline and Symetra are one such companies and they can accelerate the process of IP acquisition that will lead to the growth of the company for both shareholders and its employees.

IPipeline Inc.

IPipeline began operations in the year 2006 in a small retail store in the East of France. Their business is based on producing, marketing, selling and supplying the IP content and providing the solutions on a retail basis (Software / Applications). In the first 3 years the company acquired 4 products: i3m, i3m2, i3m3, and i3m4. In 2011 they expanded the activities and acquired 7 products: IP4, IP5, IP6, IP7, IP8, IP9 and IPm2. The project has one main goal: to accelerate the development of an end-to-end application suite that will provide the life insurance industry with a powerful, efficient, and secure workflow solution. The project consists of three main components: an iPipeline®, a FSD platform to enable the development and production of solution in ITD and IFACA, and a development and delivery solution in FSD for both ITD and IFACA. The iPipeline® is a set of technologies for creating, managing, managing, and supporting the end-to-end life insurance workflow solution.
